RHK Properties is a UAE platform for buying, selling and renting property, with a full CRM behind it for the agents. I led the team that built the web platform first and then the iOS and Android apps, and I own the architecture and deployments end to end. - Realtime WebRTC calling right inside the app, with SIP trunking through Telnyx and Etisalat and TURN/STUN for reliable connections. - Next.js frontend on top of NestJS microservices, containerized with Docker and running on Azure Kubernetes. - One backend serving the CRM, the agent side and both mobile apps.
