The product
Oxford Management Consultancy helps companies set up in the UAE. Their portal covers company registration, tax, visas and office setup, with a tracker that shows a client where their setup stands.
It's live, and real clients use it every day. I led the build.
One repository, one API
I set the project up as a Turborepo monorepo: the Next.js frontend and a single NestJS API live in one repository and build together, on PostgreSQL.
Sign-in across the site and the API
I implemented authentication completely with Better Auth. Sessions are shared between the site and the API subdomain, so a client signs in once and both sides recognise them.
Calls and leads in one place
The portal also handles the consultancy's calls and leads.
- VoIP calling built into the portal.
- A full lead pipeline with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Zoho CRM integrations, so enquiries from each channel reach the same pipeline.
